var $User = "UserNameGoesHere";
var $Password = "PasswordGoesHere";

The script is now installed.

Navigate to your primary domain to begin.

After logging in you should change your password from the default password to something you can remember. If you forget your password you can use the forget password function on the login page. It will email details on how you can change your password to the email address you specify in general settings.

----- Parking additional domains ------

Step 1: Park the additional accounts you are looking to park using the "parked domains" tab in cpanel of the master account where the script is installed, entering the domain name, and clicking "park".
**NOTE: when parking multiple domains, you can use DomainZaar cPanel bulk park script that's included free of charge (hidden bonus #3!).
**NOTE #2: if you are using Plesk, you need to go to your domain where the script is installed, click on Domain Aliases, then for each additional domain click Add Domain Alias. This accomplishes the same thing as parking in cPanel.
Step 2: Log in to your administrator panel (yourdomain.com/admin/) using default user name "admin" and password "admin" (you can change this after logging in). Once logged in, click on "Manage Domains". Add domains to D-Park Pro either by uploading a .txt file with the list of all domains or adding 1 by 1. If you are adding many domains through a .txt file, it could take a while, so don't panic if you see D-Park Pro hanging while it's adding.
Step 3: Change DNS of all sub-accounts to match the DNS of the master account where the script is installed.

Auto-Blogging (Platinum version only)

RSS Feeds: The Platinum version has very much improved RSS feeds handling. You are able to choose from a list of built-in feeds or put a custom feed right from Settings or Wizard.

This means that, unlike in the Gold version, where you have to control each domain's RSS feeds individually through Page Creator, Platinum customers can control RSS feeds for multiple (or all) domains at once through Settings/Wizard by using the bulk functionality.

Platinum customers are still able to individualize each RSS feed through Page Creator of a given domain, which will overwrite the general Settings.

Google Alerts: Platinum customers are able to implement the extremely powerful Google Alerts into their D-Park Pro. Google Alerts allows you to have auto-updating content added to your site's pages daily, which includes News, Blogs, Real-time results, Video and Discussons (forum posts).

Google Alerts is many times more powerful than simple RSS feeds, since it includes much more diverse content, and is the perfect tool for Auto-Blogging.

In order to set up Google Alerts, you need to first have a Google account. Once you have one, you will have to log in, and go to http://www.google.com/alerts/.

Once there, you will see 5 boxes: Search Terms, Type, How Often, Volume, Deliver To.

Search Terms: put the specific keyword you are trying to rank for and get content for.
Type: we would suggest to select "Everything" in order to get as much content as possible, however you can choose any specific type of content as well.
How Often: we suggest selecting "As it happens" (you really won't have a choice as one of the next settings will force you to choose "As it happens")
Volume: if you want to only get the extremely relevant results, you can choose "Only the best results." However, the drawback is that if you have a very specific keyword, you may not get much content. For this reason we recommend choosing "All results".
Deliver to: this is the important step. Do not choose your gmail account here. Instead, select "Feed".

Now click "Create Alert". This will take you to the page where all of your alerts are. Locate the one you are working on and click on the orange RSS icon next to it that looks like this: feed

Now copy the actual URL of the page you are on, which will look something like this: http://www.google.com/alerts/feeds/0540097264610586/1597442284137893. Next step is to paste this URL into the Google Alerts section of D-Park Pro's Settings/Wizard.

Default Settings Editor (Platinum version only)

This is another new and exciting Platinum-only feature. Here you can set up your default domain page. What this means is you can modify the settings of all of the new domains you add to the script, including the General, Advertising and Appearance settings. Any domains which have already been added prior to changing this page will have whatever the default settings were at that time. Changing this page will change default settings for new domains you add only.

For example, you like a variation of the Modern template and you want all of the domains you add to use this template. You also have Google Adsense publisher ID which you want all of your domains to use immedately after you add them to the script. Default Settings Editor will allow you to specify these values, and many more.

In order to change settings for existing domains (domains that were added before you modified Default Settings Editor), you will need to go to Settings/Wizard and apply the settings you want to the existing domains. Alternatively, you can delete those domains through Manage Domains, modify the Default Settings Editor, and add the domains again - this time with your default settings in place.

Google Adsense for search: Here you may enter your Google Adsense pub-code in order to receive revenue from visitors searches performed in the Google Search box. *Google Adsense account required. An on/off switch is provided for this feature. Example: ca-pub-8278632253410655

Menus

There are 3 types of buttons for use in menus.

  1. Virtual Buttons: Buttons that lead to search engine friendly virtual pages. These pages are automatically filled with relevant content and ads related to the keyword you provide in the title of the button.
Example: If the title of the button is 'Cars' the page will automatically generate content relevant to this keyword.
  2. Real Buttons: Buttons that lead to pages created by you. If you remove the page, a Real Button will automatically become a Virtual Button (Pages can be created in the Page Creator').
  3. External Buttons. Buttons that lead to an external URL.

There are 2 menus, TOP MENU and BOTTOM MENU. The top menu is shown in the header portion of parking pages where as the bottom menu is shown in the footer portion of the parking pages. Each menu has its own ON/OFF button where by you can state if a menu is to be shown or not.

To add a button to either the top or bottom menu you must first select a button type ‘Virtual Button’ ‘Real Button’ or ‘External Button’. After selecting the button type the text you wish to be displayed upon the button in the NAME field and click ‘ADD’.

For below both TOP and BOTTOM menu options, there is a display of ‘CURRENT MENU ITEMS’. The UP button will move a menu item UP in the order of buttons as displayed on the parking pages, where as the delete button will permanently remove a button from menus.

Keywords

Keywords are a very important feature of this domain parking script as they will determine the subject matter of the content and contextual advertising shown on the website.

Main keyword: This is the primary keyword for your domain parking home page. Enter the main keyword in the top field.  The other keywords are displayed in a list.

To edit a keyword simply click it to enable editing. Click outside of the box again when you have finished editing.

The UP button can be used for sorting the order of keywords. Press DELETE to completely remove a keyword form the script.
To add a keyword use the ADD KEYWORD field and click add.

Keyword Research: Using the keyword research feature it is possible to search real world search engine data to find out real keywords and phrases that are commonly used by internet users in search engines. Choosing some of these keywords and phrases can therefore aid in targeting your audience correctly through organic search.

Real World To perform a keyword search, simply enter your main keyword or site title into the ‘SEARCH KEYWORDS’ field and clicking ‘SEARCH’. It may take up to 120 second for a search to be performed depending on which keyword you use. Once the search is complete you can then highlight the keywords you wish to use and click ‘ADD’.

Please note: The search engine data is read from an external source on the internet, therefore we cannot guarantee the validity or accuracy of search results. Use it wisely.

Search History

When enabled, the search history can display visitor performed searches on parking pages in the form links to virtual pages related to the respective search term.

You will notice that in the admin area, next to each keyword there is a number. E.G.: (1 hits).  This is a record of how many times a specific search term has been searched by visitors.

To remove a keyword form the list, simply click it to highlight and press delete. You can also add a search to the list using the ‘ADD SEARCH FIELD’.
Bad words.

If there is content related to any particular keyword or phrase that you do not wish to be displayed on your parking pages then you can add these keywords or phrases as ‘BAD WORDS’ using the bad words function. Once a bad word has been added the script will attempt to filter out content related to this keyword or phrase. To delete a bad word simply click on it to select it and press delete.
Add new bad words using the ‘ADD BAD WORDS’ field.

RSS Feeds

RSS feeds are used by the script to show content relevant to your keyword selections upon your parking pages. The script comes with 4 RSS feeds to choose from and you can view the current feeds using the ‘SITE RSS FEEDS’ drop down list.

Alternatively you may enter specify and save your own RSS feeds to display on your parking pages. Once you have added a feed these will be available for selection later from the ‘YOUR RSS FEEDS’ drop down box.

When adding RSS feeds you should be aware that D-Park Pro only supports ‘Search RSS Feeds’ - these are RSS feeds that allow for search terms to be specified. If you choose to add an RSS search that is not a search type RSS feed, it will display on the site but it will only show content in that feed. It will not show relevant content when a visitor makes a search or a virtual page is generated.

An example of a search RSS feed:
http://news.google.com/news?hl=en&ned=us&q=domains&ie=UTF-8&scoring=d&output=rss

For this example the word "domains" is highlighted in yellow. This portion of the RSS feed URL is where the search keyword is specified. When adding an RSS feed in to the script you should first determine where in the URL the keyword is located and then replace it with the with the delimiter [KEYWORD].

So for this example the RSS URL would look like:
http://news.google.com/news?hl=en&ned=us&q=[KEYWORD]&ie=UTF-8&scoring=d&output=rss

After changing this parameter simply copy the full RSS URL into the ‘ADD RSS FEED’ and click ‘ADD’.

Please note: Not all RSS feeds will provide relevant content 100% of the time. Also if you have an obscure set of keywords you may find that certain feeds may have no related content what so ever, therefore if your search term is obscure it is best to choose a popular RSS feed such as youtube, google, or yahoo.

Note to choose feeds and position feeds you must use the page creator. This can't be done from the settings or wizard. To display more than one RSS feed on a one page, use the page creator and add additional RSS feed modules.
Ebay Stores feed

If you have your own Ebay store or sell items on ebay you may be pleased to hear that this script supports RSS URLs from Ebay. To show items from an ebay store simply enter the full RSS URL into the ‘EBAY STORE URL’ field.

Youtube Video Code

Use this field to insert Youtube video embed code for displaying youtube videos on parking pages. This box may also support video embed codes form other video sites.

To add more than one Youtube video on to one parking page use the Page Creator to add additional Youtube video modules.

Managing Domains

The D-Park Pro Domain Parking Script supports multiple domains. Allowing you to park all your domains on one hosting account and display different content for each.

To add more domains for use with the script you must first change the DNS to point at your server. (Please note DNS can take up to 48 hours to update).
Once you have changed DNS you can then go ahead and add the domain name into the script. Once a domain name is added the script will then tell you if the domain if parked correctly or not. If the script tells you the domain is not parked correctly you should review your DNS settings and check they are correct. Please note that certain hosting companies may require you to also park your domain in the hosting control panel. Cpanel is by far the easiest method of parking domains. Domain parking is possible with control panels other than Cpanel but you should seek advice from your host or control panel vendor first.

When adding domains, please ensure you include www. - For example: www.yourdomain.com

Once a domain is added into the script you can then use the ‘SWITCH DOMAIN’ drop down or the search box to switch between domains and manage which content is shown for each.

You can check if a domain is parked correctly at any time using the ‘CHECK’ button. To remove domains from the script, use the ‘DELETE’ button. After a domain is deleted its settings will be gone for ever, so use with caution.

Image Manager

Use the MANAGE IMAGES function to upload, edit and delete images. Once an image has been uploaded it can be used with the classic theme or placed anywhere on any parking page using the Page Creator.

The Page Creator also allows you to specify image alt tags and hyper link URLs for images.

Page Creator

Using the Page Creator is simple. To re-arrange the layout of a Parking Page simply Drag n Drop the modules into position. To add a new module, select an ‘ADD MODULE’ link. Once a module is added it can be arranged as you see fit.

To create a new page, simply type a name for the page in the ‘ADD PAGE’ field in the footer portion of the Page Creator. Once a page has been added you can then arrange its contents accordingly. To switch between pages simply use the links in the top of the page creator right under the word ‘PAGES’.

INSTALLING THE SCRIPT IN A SUB-FOLDER

Using the script in a sub-folder:

STEP 1
Create a folder, something like "parked" in your public_html of the root domain. Put all of the D-Park Pro files there and follow the rest of the instructions.

STEP 2
Parked domains park against your main domain - that's a limitation set in cPanel and shared hosting account customers won't be able to change that. In order to park domains against a sub-folder where you installed the script, you need to add each of the domains you want to park as add-on domain, and while you are creating the add-on domain, change its document root from the default one that cPanel suggests, to be the folder where you put all of D-Park Pro files.

Example: you are adding "mydomain.com" as an add-on, so cPanel will suggest "public_html/mydomain.com" as the document root. Instead, you would change the document root to be the folder where you installed the script, i.e. public_html/parked/

NOTE: when you are parking domains through a sub-folder, you will no longer need to park each domain in cPanel using the "bulk park" feature from Manage Domains. Instead, you only need to add each domain to D-Park Pro's admin panel through "Manage Domains" AND add it as an add-on and change the document root.

NOTE: when you park domains this way, they will fail the domain check in "Manage Domains". Simply ignore the "This domain is not parked correctly" error, as long as your domain is loading the D-Park Pro parking page when you type it in browser.
