Example: If the title of the button is 'Cars' the page will automatically generate content relevant to this keyword.
  2. Real Buttons: Buttons that lead to pages created by you. If you remove the page, a Real Button will automatically become a Virtual Button (Pages can be created in the Page Creator').
  3. External Buttons. Buttons that lead to an external URL.

Keywords

Keywords are a very important feature of this domain parking script as they will determine the subject matter of the content and contextual advertising shown on the website.

Main keyword: This is the primary keyword for your domain parking home page. Enter the main keyword in the top field.  The other keywords are displayed in a list.

To edit a keyword simply click it to enable editing. Click outside of the box again when you have finished editing.

The UP button can be used for sorting the order of keywords. Press DELETE to completely remove a keyword form the script.
To add a keyword use the ADD KEYWORD field and click add.

Keyword Research: Using the keyword research feature it is possible to search real world search engine data to find out real keywords and phrases that are commonly used by internet users in search engines. Choosing some of these keywords and phrases can therefore aid in targeting your audience correctly through organic search.

Real World To perform a keyword search, simply enter your main keyword or site title into the ‘SEARCH KEYWORDS’ field and clicking ‘SEARCH’. It may take up to 120 second for a search to be performed depending on which keyword you use. Once the search is complete you can then highlight the keywords you wish to use and click ‘ADD’.

Please note: The search engine data is read from an external source on the internet, therefore we cannot guarantee the validity or accuracy of search results. Use it wisely.

Search History

When enabled, the search history can display visitor performed searches on parking pages in the form links to virtual pages related to the respective search term.

You will notice that in the admin area, next to each keyword there is a number. E.G.: (1 hits).  This is a record of how many times a specific search term has been searched by visitors.

To remove a keyword form the list, simply click it to highlight and press delete. You can also add a search to the list using the ‘ADD SEARCH FIELD’.
Bad words.

If there is content related to any particular keyword or phrase that you do not wish to be displayed on your parking pages then you can add these keywords or phrases as ‘BAD WORDS’ using the bad words function. Once a bad word has been added the script will attempt to filter out content related to this keyword or phrase. To delete a bad word simply click on it to select it and press delete.
Add new bad words using the ‘ADD BAD WORDS’ field.

RSS Feeds

RSS feeds are used by the script to show content relevant to your keyword selections upon your parking pages. The script comes with over 40 RSS feeds to choose from, you can view the current feeds using the ‘SITE RSS FEEDS’ drop down list.

Alternatively you may enter specify and save your own RSS feeds to display on your parking pages. Once you have added a feed these will be available for selection later from the ‘YOUR RSS FEEDS’ drop down box.

When adding RSS feeds you should be aware that this script only supports ‘Search RSS Feeds’, these are RSS feeds that allow for search terms to be specified. If you choose to add an RSS search that is not a search type RSS feed, it will display on the site but it will not show relevant content to your keywords and it will not show relevant content when a visitor makes a search or a virtual page is generated.

An example of a search RSS feed:
http://news.google.com/news?hl=en&ned=us&q=domains&ie=UTF-8&scoring=d&output=rss

For this example the word "domains" is highlighted in yellow. This portion of the RSS feed URL is where the search keyword is specified. When adding an RSS feed in to the script you should first determine where in the URL the keyword is located and then replace it with the with the delimiter [KEYWORD].

So for this example the RSS URL would look like:
http://news.google.com/news?hl=en&ned=us&q=[KEYWORD]&ie=UTF-8&scoring=d&output=rss

After changing this parameter simply copy the full RSS URL into the ‘ADD RSS FEED’ and click ‘ADD’.

Please note: Not all RSS feeds will provide relevant content 100% of the time. Also if you have an obscure set of keywords you may find that certain feeds may have no related content what so ever, therefore if your search term is obscure it is best to choose a popular RSS feed such as youtube, google, or yahoo.

Note to choose feeds and position feeds you must use the page creator. This can't be done from the settings or wizard. To display more than one RSS feed on a one page, use the page creator and add additional RSS feed modules.
Ebay Stores feed

If you have your own Ebay store or sell items on ebay you may be pleased to hear that this script supports RSS URLs from Ebay. To show items from an ebay store simply enter the full RSS URL into the ‘EBAY STORE URL’ field.

Youtube Video Code

Use this field to insert Youtube video embed code for displaying youtube videos on parking pages. This box may also support video embed codes form other video sites.

To add more than one Youtube video on to one parking page use the Page Creator to add additional Youtube video modules.

Managing Domains

The D-Park Pro Domain Parking Script supports multiple domains. Allowing you to park all your domains on one hosting account and display different content for each.

To add more domains for use with the script you must first change the DNS to point at your server. (Please note DNS can take up to 48 hours to update).
Once you have changed DNS you can then go ahead and add the domain name into the script. Once a domain name is added the script will then tell you if the domain if parked correctly or not. If the script tells you the domain is not parked correctly you should review your DNS settings and check they are correct. Please note that certain hosting companies may require you to also park your domain in the hosting control panel. Cpanel is by far the easiest method of parking domains. Domain parking is possible with control panels other than Cpanel but you should seek advice from your host or control panel vendor first.

When adding domains, please ensure you include www. - For example: www.yourdomain.com

Once a domain is added into the script you can then use the ‘SWITCH DOMAIN’ drop down to switch between domains and manage which content is shown for each.

You can check if a domain is parked correctly at any time using the ‘CHECK’ button. To remove domains from the script, use the ‘DELETE’ button. After a domain is deleted its settings will be gone for ever, so use with caution.

ADVANCED TOPICS

Using the script in a sub-folder:

STEP 1 - Files:
*Create a folder in the website root directory, lets call it "parkeddomains" for example.
*Move everything from the script BUT not the "domain.ok" file into that directory.
*Copy the ".htaccess" file from the "root .htaccess" folder to the root directory.

STEP 2 - Configuration:
*Open the ".htaccess" file you copied to the root directory, and replace the word "foldername" (default name) with your chosen subfolder name "parkeddomains".

*Next  go to the script location ("parkeddomains" folder in our case), open the "config.php" and "admin/config.php", change the $SITE_BASE_LINK variable in the first file and the $ADMIN_BASE_LINK in the second, both from '/' (default value if the script is placed in the root directory) to '/parkeddomains/'.

Notes:
If you want to name the folder differently just use the name you want instead of "parkeddomains", following the same steps. If you already have the script inside a folder and you want to change its name, just go through the 2) configuration steps, replacing the old folder name with the new one.
