• Limitation of Liability
  You agree to indemnify MediaZaar, Domainzaar.com and any other related company for damages of any kind caused to your system, server(s), website(s), business(es). MediaZaar and any other related entity or individual do not provide any guarantees or warranties relating to the software what so ever.
• Advertising programs
  This software is in no way endorsed by Google Inc. It is your responsibility to abide by your advertising program's terms and conditions. We do not warrant that this software complies with the terms of use for your advertising program and we are not responsible for any account closures, limitations or changes as a result of the use of the software.
• Unlimited Licence
  Your purchase entitles you to use the software an unlimited number of times. Go nuts! You just can't resell the script. That means you cannot buy it, place it on a whole bunch of domains, and then sell the domains with the script. If you sell a domain running the script you must purchase another license or remove the script prior to selling the domain.
• Warranty
  The software is provided as is and without warranty. By purchasing this software you acknowledge that you have reasonably concluded that the software will work on your server and if not then you will seek hosting services that can run the software. See system requirements for details.
• Refunds
  We will do our best to make sure the software is to your satisfaction. Because these are digital products we cannot offer refunds. All products have viewable demo versions available to ensure you know what you are getting before you make your purchase.
• Distance Selling Regulations
  As we are based in the United Kingdom we abide by UK law, regardless of your buying location. We also conform to the UK Distance Selling Regulations, which state: software retailers and sellers of downloads are exempt to offering refunds for unsealed software goods and digital downloads as the consumer does not receive physical goods.

Privacy

• We simply do not share your information with any 3rd parties. We will not sell your email address and we will not rent any information you provide us. We keep any information we receive from you in a secure database. None of our staff or employees have access to this information and none of it is EVER reproduced. Also, since we use paypal to process our payments we have no access to your credit card information or bank account as this information is protected by the paypal company (owned by ebay).
